2011年，引進日本高端產品耐蝕鋼和高硅鋼項目，做出了 “轉型升級與調整產品結構，研發和生產我國耐蝕鋼和高硅鋼” 的決策，籌措資金上項目。6年間，公司分期投入巨額資金用于購地、建廠、研發，與遼寧省鞍鋼研究所等科研機構和單位建立了緊密合作關系。2016年3月，耐蝕鋼和高硅鋼試制成功，經專家評估和權威部門鑒定，此產品填補了我國耐蝕鋼和高硅鋼長期靠進口空白，并且通過了中國和日本兩國權威技術部門的技術測試，產品達到了國際水平。耐蝕鋼和高硅鋼的主要應用領域：連鑄錕、橋梁動支撐、滑動軸承、焊接絲材、鑄造制品、耐蝕耐熱用鋼。國際和國內市場對此產品需求量非常大，市場前景廣闊。2016年5月，該產品獲得 “中華人民共和國知識產權局專利” 。
In 2011, the company began its high-end Corrosion Resisting Steel and High Silicon Steel projects with the technology of Japan. Within 6 years, the company raised sufficient capital for the use of land, workshops and R&D. In March 2016, the testing production of corrosion resisting steel and high silicon steel succeeded. The products passed the judgment of experts and authorities both from China and Japan. The products reach the world-class Standard and fill the gap of long-term import. The applying fields of corrosion resisting steel and high silicon steel are continuously casting bars, bridge engine support, sliding bearings, welding wires, forging products, corrosion resisting steel and heat resisting steel. The demand of the products both from domestic and abroad is huge and the market future is very bright. In May 2016, the products were patented by the Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China.
Joint by domestic scientific institutes, we developed new corrosion resisting steel rebar, with 3 yield strength,400MPa,500MPa, and 600MPa.Products are widely applied in concrete construction and steadily exported to Japan. Compared with the traditional stainless rebars, the new products lowered the content of Cr, while adding new elements, with the result of tremendous reduction of alloying elements, which increased the strength and plasticity.
